The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had a junior suite and it’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was great plenty of choice for everyone

My wife and I had a very nice one-night stay at Gran Playa, designed to finish our 3 week holiday at another place on the Costa Blanca The hotel was excellent, spacious ultra clean bedroom and exceptional food. Plus cheap hotel parking and great staff. Only minus was distance from the town, port, lovely cafes, restaurants ...too far to walk and parking there is very difficult, streets highly congested. But, for our needs, Gran Playa is only a short drive to Alicante Airport.. a grand relaxing way to finish the hol.

The location was great, especially for trips to other cities in Costa Blanca, right next to the Alacant train terminal and Tram station. 10 mins walk to the bus station. Maybe 15 mins walk to the historic centre, 20-25 to the city beach. Big apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice wi-fi, TV, living room, well organised kitchen.
