Definitely off the beaten path - so be prepared to take taxis into Barcelona or rent a car. The staff was amazing and accommodating. We had a beautiful view and a lovely stay.

Hotel Alimara is a modern hotel located in Barcelona’s Horta district. It has a central garden, several meeting rooms, rooms with flat-screen TVs, and a fitness centre. Very nice hotel, clean and well organized. Not exactly in the center, but easily reachable by metro. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, there was coffee and tea in the room, which for me is a big plus. The staff was extremely kind and, as it happened that I was there on Sant Jordi's day, I was gifted by the staff a beautiful rose and a small card (symbolizing the book) according to the catalan tradition. I loved it! ♥️ I will definitely come back to this hotel.
