Located in an unattractive street but a short walk to the old town. Underground parking is accessed opposite the hotel. The lady on reception, possibly the owner, was excellent and booked a restaurant for us where we had the best of the local specialities. Th bedroom was small but adequate. There is a nice cafe/bar next to reception. Aranda is a great place to visit, full of life and unspoilt spanish culture. The local wines and vermut are superb and can be bought to take home.

We paid for secure parking which was only a few minutes away. There were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops including supermarkets within walking distance so it was excellent for a short break. Aranda De Duero is the capital of the Ribera Del Duero wine region. The city is small enough to be able to walk around with some free parking. In Aranda de Duero I wouLd visit the subterreanean winerys, they are wonderful, you can book this in calle Isilla in the Top Queens shop (Bodegas don Carlos)or online it is really worth it its unique. Then, a must is the Asador el Lagar which is just in front a little further up the street, Also if you like to walk you can do so on the banks of the Douro Just across the street.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Road outside hotel was under radical reconstruction during visit making it difficult to find the way in, but this was alleviated by helpful staff who enabled use of the available and free garage. Impression given that this was a hotel that has recently been thoroughly renovated and modernised; everything in good order.

The room was quiet (it looked into an inner courtyard). Bed was very comfortable. It came with a TV. The bathroom was adorned in beautiful marble. Shower was good. The heat, from the radiator in the bathroom, meant the place was always nice and warm and cozy. The towels were even soft and cuddly!!
