Comfortable, clean and very, very friendly caretakers. Our kids had a great time playing with their grandkids and helping care for the animals on the farm nextdoor.

It’s very fully designed and comes with all the amenities you need. We’d highly recommend booking the chef as he cooks the most delicious meals.

Location, it was true to its name, the property itself, wonderful and green, the staff were fantastic, a very cosy vibe.

I had a remarkable stay at Kioka Gardens. Travelling in a group of five, we had nothing but praise for our host. The facility is beautiful, featuring houses with modern interiors, excellent lighting and space utility, well-equipped kitchens, stellar bathrooms, and a serene garden located in the middle of a great neighbourhood. Our host was such a delight, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort from arrival to departure. I felt a genuine care that went beyond the booking. 10 out of 10 stay.
