The property is non-smoking and is located 700 metres from Davis Beach. Honestly, this is one of the best one-night stays i've ever experienced. We were in the midst of a long trip with many stopovers. We were exhausted and hungry. Our flight had arrived later than expected and it took us a while to leave the airport. But when we got out, Chrisa was waiting for us with a big smile, she drove us straight to the cottage, there was fresh fruits, yogurt, snacks, drinks and coffee in the kitchen, and a beautiful terrace/yard area to sit. We went straight to bed, but the following morning took full advantage of everything, including the fresh baked goods she brought us for breakfast. All in all, a perfect stay.

Also the location is very good being halfway between Fira and the beaches. The local bus station that will bring you quickly in both directions is very close. Very nice restaurant and gyros places are also in walking distance and the prices are definitely lower than in the more turistic places.
