We absolutely loved our time at the villa! We arrived by car, which was very convenient — the location is easy to reach and surrounded by beautiful places to visit. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the villa at all — it was so relaxing, comfortable, and full of charm. When will I be able to get an answer to my question? Why has Booking been unable to provide a response for two months already? Why do I even need such a service if you cannot solve a trivial problem with a scammer on your website? I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve contacted customer support, and in return—NOTHING! I would like to report a serious issue with my recent booking. The actual accommodation had nothing in common with the description or photos on the listing. Instead of a separate house of 80 m², as advertised, the host placed my family in a tiny attic 12м2 where he himself was living. The conditions were unacceptable: terrible smell, non-functioning plumbing, broken furniture, dirt everywhere and the host’s personal belongings (including underwear) scattered around. We had to leave immediately the next morning. The host refused to provide a refund. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid via Booking.com, as the service was not delivered and the listing was misleading.

This property is absolutely beautiful the photos don't do this villa justice. It looks beautiful in the pics but when you arrive it really has a wow factor. The owners were fantastic they were so friendly and helpful and kind (home grown lemons and oranges). We will definitely be visiting again without a doubt.
