This was an amazing stay! Our family of 5 was visiting Hobbiton and we needed a place where we could all stay together comfortably. This house had everything we needed and lovely unexpected touches like chocolates and coffee! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We absolutely loved the teams service, the facilities it came with, the area the beautiful chickens. We loved that they had a list to help us start the fire as we weren’t educated on that, definitely loved the area so quiet and nurturing. I would definitely recommend for a family or even just a couple to getaway. The price is definitely worth it in many ways in my opinion it should be charged more for the stay.
