The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

This is a beautiful home with a Moroccan feel. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice with great water pressure. VJ welcomed us with a drink and in the morning prepared a beautiful western breakfast. A first time experience and he did it very well.

Beautiful big appartement with fridge. The balcony is so beautiful! Sitting there and see the real Srilankaan lifestyle ! Cows were picked up by the owners beautiful to see! It’s a 7 minute drive from the centre ( tuktuk 300lkr) but what made this place so special is the owners! The food is finger licking so delicious! We got a lot of information about things we could see in beautiful Jaffna! We definitely stayed again here!

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. This place was an absolute thrill! It’s incredibly spacious with three cozy bedrooms, a lovely living and dining area, and two clean, well-maintained washrooms. Easily fits six people without feeling cramped—perfect for families or groups of friends. The staff were fantastic—super helpful and kind. They assisted us with renting a scooter and even helped us manage a few other things. The breakfast served both mornings was delicious and homely. Also, the location is super convenient, making it easy to explore Jaffna. For the price, this villa is unbelievable value for money.

A very beautiful villa that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

The building manager who handed us the property keys was on time and very friendly. He gave us his phone number to reach him and was very responsive when there was a power outage. The AC in the bedrooms worked well. There was also gallons of drinking water available that was handy. The property was also very close to the train station, making it a convenient location. You do have to bring your own towels and toiletries.
