Location was fabulous 🤩 wonderful place, directly at the sea. I had also birthday during our stay and the hotel staff prepared a wonderful dinner right at the sea, with Prosecco and wonderful decoration (it was a surprise: they wrote “Happy Birthday” and my name with little stones - very accurate and with details) and a cake special for me (they need to buy it outside!) It was really a wonderful stay :-)

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous. So stylish and well designed. The Villa is very new and the quality of everything is exceptionally high. The bed linen and towels were very high quality and the bed was so comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely . The whole villa is 5* standard . The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They could organise airport transfers and river safari and tuk tuks. The Villa is well positioned .Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants but also very private and secure. The breakfasts were lovely and the hosts also cooked delicious Sri Lankan evening meal if you want for a very reasonable charge .

It's a wonderful place for a small group of family and friends to spend time. The staff, Ruwan and Cyril are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Ruwan took us to town on his tuk whenever we needed it and also helped us with picking good restaurants and a boat ride. The kids loved the pool! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort the guys put into making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great place! The host Isham (and brother) was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Isham took us on a trip, cooked great food and the neighbor even came by and showed us som baby crocodiles. This was a great experience. The house is perfectly located by the river, everything was very clean and the pool is lovely for a swim in the afternoon. We give the best recommendations.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very comfortable bed/matress and the best shower ever (open with moskito net). Calm nice garden. I did an Ayurveda treatment 4 minutes away by foot. I recommend highly.

Everything was fantastic. The onsite staff were very helpfull and onsite chef bought/collected and cooked amazing meals for us throughout the stay. We were only charged for the actual purchase price of the drinks and food so it was very well priced. The site is huge and it is like being in your own massive hotel. I could not recommend this place more.

The property is value for money.I think this is the best property a villa i came across in bentota.The room was big and super clean and tidy. Everything well arranged.Washroom is clean and shiny.The host is super responsive and very very helpful from booking a bentota river safari , renting a scooter to making a super nice breakfast. He is a very honest man Mr Manjula. He was always available for anything needed.The swimming pool is nice and big. i absolutely enjoyed my stay at the villa.
