Villa with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 room for 1-2 single beds) + 3 nice bathrooms. Large living room and terrasse and pool, surrounded by olive trees. Quietly located at the upper west end of Imerovigli, many restaurants nearby. Larger supermarket 10 min drive. Parking for 2 cars, very narrow road leading to property only for small cars. Car helpful to reach larger supermarket (AB supermarket 10 min) and less touristy places. Imerovigli is "nicer" than Fira and less crowded than Oia in the evening.

Although we were initially hesitant to book due to the “vegan” concept, in hindsight it would have been a real loss to miss this experience. As frequent travellers who are accustomed to high-end accommodation, we can confidently say that this boutique hotel easily meets the standard of luxury properties. The design and layout are clearly the result of passion and vision. The property is beautifully maintained, intimate in scale, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail throughout. Everything feels fresh and well cared for – from the crisp linens to the pristine pool, which is crystal clear and maintained to a very high standard. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet well-connected. With a short taxi ride, you can reach nearby towns and beaches easily, while enjoying uninterrupted views and privacy from the villa. The food was another standout. Everything is freshly prepared and full of flavour. What’s not clearly mentioned anywhere – but absolutely worth knowing – is that breakfast is brought directly to your private terrace. This adds a layer of comfort and exclusivity to the experience and makes every meal feel personal and relaxed. The hospitality deserves special mention. The owner is truly dedicated and works tirelessly to make each guest feel welcome and well looked after. Her presence is warm yet professional, and no request feels too much. In summary: a flawless stay. This is a place where quality, calm and care come together in a way that’s both rare and memorable. We would not hesitate to return!

The house is beautiful, clean and new. The views are spectacular. As the villa located few minutes walk from the main road, it is quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the terrace, you'll see only those who walk to Ioa or Fira, as you are on the path (highly recommended walk!). Note there are 3-4 minutes walk from the car.

The place is absolutely beautiful. I’ve stayed in Santorini numerous times and I can confidently say this is THE BEST villa on the island. The views of the caldera are wonderful and the private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi are what make this place extra special. Irina, the host, is so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and even offered to get medicine for my girlfriend when she wasn’t feeling well. We cannot wait to come to the property again and I cannot recommend it enough.

We loved everything about this property! Our host, Bogdan, was exceptional, communicating before our stay, greeting us upon arrival, giving us valuable information about the area, booking activities for us, and being a super host! We rented 2 of the "rooms" and all were superb with amazing views. The kitchens were well equipped, the bathrooms were spacious, the common living areas were cozy, the beds were comfy, and the patios were furnished. You could not stay in a better location! Restaurants, bars, shops, everything you want is close by. Our group of three couples thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay and hated to leave. We hope to be back!

Beautiful traditional villa with a lot of character and very spacious for 8 people. All the facilities that you would expect. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioners, and 4 full bathrooms. Safes in most bedrooms. Heated, clean jacuzzi with great outdoor space. Great location, 2 mins walk to caldera with great views. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Gregory was lovely to deal with, was helpful with all of our queries. He organised a wonderful catamaran cruise for us. He even had a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge.
