Check all the boxes. Loved the breakfast. Did laundry, great location near train and shopping mall etc. The room size was fine and was quiet and comfortable. Great value and will stay again. Vending machines sell beer. :-)

Breakfast was probably the best I've had at a hotel in Japan, new selection of stuff everyday and everything was fresh and tasty! Staff were super polite! Also you can phone the reception and book a slot for room cleaning if you don't want to be out of the room for 5 hours! brilliant stay!

Some of the staff could speak English. That was very helpful as the staff showed me how to use the digital check in system. When I locked myself out of the room, the process of getting a new key was quick and painless. The view from the 12th floor was nice too. The washing machine only cost 200 to run, too. Finally, the breakfast was actually really good. It varies day to day—good if you don’t want to get bored, but bad if you’re me and you really, really like the potato salad.

Clean and quiet rooms, breakfast (Japanese style) was good. Very nice staff and the cleaning ladies are organised like a military unit!

It's a great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. While it's a bit far from the city center, it’s definitely worth the price. I just wish there are more food options for the breakfast.
