The staff and especially the manager Van who spoke good English was very friendly and happy to chat and help with recommendations, along with booking a motorbike for a very good price. My partner is gluten free and she was very helpful recommending places which may accommodate and even offered to cook us some gluten free meals as well as calling local tour places to check prices and offer advice. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit phan thiet or Mui ne.
