Every aspects of our stay was on 4 star level, not 3 stars. Kind and helpful crew, amazing pool with view on the rooftop, breakfast with huge variety, well equipped room, great wifi. Hotel is located next to Grab station, so it is easy to discover the island if you don't want to rent a car. Restaurants, self service laundries, supermarket, drogerie next to the building. So many services in the souroundings, and still it is a quite Hotel with green, tropical view, mountaines. We tried the kitchen for dinners sometimes, and they are cooking delicious. Perfect flavours for european tastes. Big compliment for the chef. Great value for this money. The only thing what we were missing from the room, is a racking for drying our towels and wet swimming suits.

My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

To start off this property is situated at Kuah town which is approximately 30-45min drive from pentai cenang that is considered the tourist hub. However we did not want to stay in that locality. We stayed here for 4 days. Reaching the property you might not understand where the property is. It is situated on a hill top and there is a pick up and drop service on a daily basis that is provided by the resort. The captain is very sweet and co-operative and they are always available at any point of time in the day/night to pick you up or drop you. Coming to the room the room was a little small but that is fine since it was just me and my husband. The surrounding areas were very beautiful, birds chirping, few monkeys around, swaying coconut trees. Beautiful. The pool is lovely too and very clean. breakfast buffet was available at the hotel in the morning however vegetarian options all over are limited. The staff at the reception are very sweet and co-operative. the housekeeping made sure our room was clean everyday and the water bottles and toiletries were replaced everyday. One thing i would like to appreciate is they provide water bottles whenever needed at no extra cost. This is something i appreciate as this is the most basic amenity that anyone needs. for the food if you want something to eat in the night they have snacks available but if you can also order food using the grab app. we also rented a scooter to roam around. Over all our stay was lovely and kudos to all the staff who work endlessly.

Cenang Beach is 10 minutes away. The room is very clean (even for those who are obsessed with cleanliness). Super friendly and responsive staff. The pool was also very clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Daily housekeeping, water, coffee/tea bags and towels included. The supermarket is right in front of the hotel.
