The room itself was as described. Location - great, everything you need is a walking distance away, however a bit tricky with a stroller as apartment is located on a hill. Elevator inside, so easy to get to your apt with heavy stuff. Working AC.

The room was cleaned every day and the air conditioning was a great help in the often 40 degree heat outside. The bus station and the beach are not far away on foot. Always nice to have a beer on the big balcony at the end of the day. :) Absolutely recommended guesthouse!
