The food was delicious. We highly recommend staying here

A 3-minute walk from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station, Koyado Enn offers hot spring baths for private use, a café and a restaurant. Free WiFi is provided, and yukata robes are available at the reception. This is a non-smoking, adults-only ryokan. Central location, private baths, and delicious food (cafe 3rd). The staff at cafe 3rd accomodated our request of no meat. And the filipina staff at the cafe helped us and gave excellent service.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Everything. The staff is super friendly (shout out to Ayuri!!) and the service is wonderful. The kaiseki meal was so interesting and delicious and there was even a welcome tea. The private baths are amazing too and we never had to wait to use them, you definitely don’t need to go outside to the public baths. Our room was beautiful and relaxing and the futons were super comfortable too. We also got a framed picture as a gift!

Truly, some of the most wonderful staff my party has met on vacation. Accommodating, kind, and lovely, they checked with us often in order to make sure everything was up to our standards. The rooms were simple, but I think that’s the beauty in them! They were comfortable and had a phenomenal view. It’s located very close to the main strip of town, but they also offered to drive us if necessary. It was lovely. Also - Great variety for breakfast! So many options available and they were delicious.

The area is popular for hiking, and bike hire is available at this 3-star ryokan. Location, amenities, and a welcoming staff and host were beyond our expectations. Our room attendant was so kind and observant of our needs. The food, lodging, and hospitality were excellent.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The dining experience has also been wonderful. We are happy for experiencing the essence of Japanese hospitality at Yamamotoya.
