Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site. Me & my husband stayed for one night in the twin room with private hot spring bath. This huge room was very beautiful and cozy, clean & well equipped with different amenities (tea, kettle, mini fridge, yukatas, large tv with a Super Nintendo etc.). Just as promised in the listing. It was so lovely to enjoy the private onsen in our room, nobody to disturb us and no rush. The wooden tub fits two people well, even when sitting side by side. The window above the tub can be opened, the view is to a parking lot/other hotel. We had access to the hotel’s three other private onsen baths aswell and could use them whenever they were free, but we liked to stick to the one in our room. The location is excellent, there are some convenience stores nearby & you can walk from the bus station in about 10 minutes to the hotel. There are also some restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Eidaya and would definitely love to come back sometime! It was such a wonderful little escape from bustling Tokyo.

This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space and a shared lounge. The guest house has parking on-site, a hot spring bath and a shared kitchen. Location, staff, kitchen/common area and the private onsen. Parking lot was plenty. The hostess let us check-in early even though we arrived relatively early. The rooms were traditional style with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This place was incredible, perfectly located, huge room with a nice view. The onsen /sauna in the hotel.i great. Most importantly is how I was welcomed and treated by Miki, the owner. Wonderful staff, 4 private onsens, great products, free to borrow Yukatas, really cute breakfast and welcome snacks, big room(s), location is right in the middle by Yubatake, room was excellent and had private bathroom (but no shower, but that's by design in onsen towns).
