One that takes you in a few seconds to Cannigione, another that leads to the center of Arzachena in a few minutes and the third road takes you to the road ranging between Cannigione to Palau. It enjoys of a beautiful panorama of the typical Sardinian hills with the background on the bays with the typical turquoise waters of the area, with the view that extends all the way to the island of Caprera. The rooms are arranged around the hotel like a small village. The garden is colourful with flowers and is kept very well. The swimming pool is kept very well too, with the possibility of meeting the other guests of the structure. On the garden, near the swimming pool, there is also a small structure for training. The cleaning of the room is daily.

The rooms offer views of the mountains or of the free sun terrace with swimming pool. First of all the view from the balcony - an absolutely unbelievable view of the rugged and rocky mountains, up close and personal . We have travelled rather extensively and the view from that room was one of the most spectacular we have ever experienced - we were in room 12! Unfortunately we have forgot the name of the person who was at the reception area when we arrived (as well as when we left and was also cleaning the room next to ours the next morning when we went to get breakfast at a cafe in town). She was very charming and helpful and certainly enhanced our stay. The room was perfectly clean, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable super king bed. The shower was a bit small but worked perfectly (this was not a new build hotel, it would have been very challenging to put in a larger shower, but the whole hotel exuded charm and class with some amazing local artwork on the walls). Although we didn't use it, the outdoor pool and pool area looked lovely. The town is very small but absolutely gorgeous, so beautifully maintained and with all those magnificent vistas everywhere. The restaurant located almost across from the hotel entrance (going up the hill - sorry I've forgotten the name) provided us with one of the most memorable evening meals during our entire stay in Sardinia. Without a doubt the most delicious Spaghetti con Vongole I've ever had. All in all a magical evening in San Pantanleo. Highly recommended!

Hotel Villa Gemella is located in Baia Sardinia, 500 metres from the city centre, and less than 300 metres from the beach of Porto Sole. Guests receive discounted rates on local restaurants. The location of the hotel is excellent. Personal is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing (10 of 10) with sea view. Parking slot was safe and in the shadow. Each room has an additional table with chairs to sit outside. Hotel with super clean swimming pool and well maintained territory in general. Strongly recommend!😊

There is an outdoor swimming pool and free parking on site. It was one of the best accommodation during our road trip in Sardinia. I wish we stayed longer. Modern clean apartment, great breakfast and dinner options . Staffs are super friendly.

The central location was perfect. The room was clean with excellent wifi, a fridge and air conditioning. Perfect for my short stay. The front desk person speaks fairly good English and was helpful and sorted out an airport bus for me- thank you!
