If you are looking for an authentic "grota" experience, this is it. The room had a very high ceiling and was very cosy. The staff was very helpful, the lobby is also very nice. In front of the hotel there is an amazing view of the old town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The room was so clean, spacious, and authentic. I rented a car to get there from the airport and it was safely parked on the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast consisted of freshly made items and fruit. Coffee (latte, cappuccino, Americano) and juice were served. The staff were exceptional! I worried about being alone in a foreign place. They went above and beyond. Lucia not only made it possible for me to find lost family records in town hall (an amazing feat), but she guided me to friendly, familiar people and places and made me feel like I was home. I can’t wait to go back!
