This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. We were a group of 20 people and they served both breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. The rooms were nice, comfortable and the staff was very, very nice. Also the location is very good because you just cross the street and you are in the city old town. I recommend the hotel and I will come back with next group for sure.

You can play darts at this 3-star hotel, and car hire is available. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. A big part of that was thanks to the owner, Sanela, who truly takes care of her guests with heart. Her approach was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she really made an effort to create a homely and relaxed atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room stocked with complimentary drinks, including a bottle of wine. Even more heartwarming was the touch of trust – at the reception, there was another fridge with drinks priced almost like in a shop, where guests could take what they wanted and simply pay at the end of their stay. This simple concept added a very human and friendly touch to the whole experience. The entire staff we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. The rooms were tastefully furnished and absolutely spotless. The pool was clean, refreshing, and large enough to swim a few laps. We also appreciated the practical extras – such as beach towels and an umbrella provided for guests. Although the accommodation is not directly on the beach, it’s within comfortable walking distance, and the area is peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Crete, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Sanela!
