The property is around 5.8 km from Gunanmen Gate, 5.9 km from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and 6.5 km from Guilin Railway Station. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

Wonderfully helpful and welcoming staff. The food was delicious and the views unbeatable. Definitely has potential to be the highlight of any China trip.

The property is set 7.8 km from Ping'an Rice Terrace, 12 km from Guzhuang Village Rice Terrace and 16 km from Longji Rice Terrace Scenic Spot. Each room comes with a balcony. The location is great, easy to walk to amazing viewing of the rice terrace and the host came to meet us at the parking lot to take us to the hotel. The host also helped to carry my suitcase . Great breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We have a room with balcony view overlooking the rice fields. The hotel is beautifully decorated including the room and large dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host also arrange for transportation to and from Guilin Station and hotel.

Nestled in a small village among the untouched and Protected Karst Hills, our unique location is well away from the bustling, noisy West Street yet close to local beauty spots. There are many local restaurants nearby. We loved every minute of our 10-day stay at Eden! The staff were incredibly friendly and the view from the rooms were beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet in this part of Yangshuo, and we were glad we decided to stay out here. There are small markets nearby, and a bunch of restaurants you can walk to. Also a place to rent an e-bike right across the street. Would definitely return again!

Wedged amongst the bamboo forests and rural farmlands, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. It is managed by Shelly, the owner and a lively warm hearted lady who always has a smile on her face. The outdoors space by the pool smells of Jasmin Flowers and big butterflies everywhere. And then the views of the karst landscape and the city down below everywhere you look. its is slightly away from the Town, roughly 16 minutes by scooters which you can rent at the reception. I LOVED this place. I felt home. Wei wei the chef, Xing xing the cleaning lady, Craig the main receptionist and of course Shelly have left a print on my heart. If you are visiting the area, this is thee absolute best value for your money situation. That being said, Yangshuo is an all around kind and hospitable city so i am sure that wherever you end up will be Sweet.

The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the view was absolutely stunning. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
