Good view of lake Lugano from the balcony. Staff is also very helpful specially ladies in the reception.

A rich buffet breakfast is served daily and there is free private parking on site and in the surrounding area. We have limited spots with the parking and need to be booked. One of the best places to stay in Lugano. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and light! The atmosphere was very cozy. Breakfast had a lot of dishes to choose from and the hosts were very polite and show real interest in their clients. Also the room was in a very good area situated making it perfect for our 2 day stay.
