The host was very friendly and spoke English very well, so that made check-in easy. The location is amazing, so close to the city centre and with free parking in front on a quiet side street. It's a very short walk to the city square and city walls, from the apartment you have a great view of the city too. The apartment is very clean, shower was good and we really appreciated the use of the fridge because it was hot when we stayed. There's also a very good Neapolitan pizza place nearby, and you can heat up the leftovers in the oven :)

Large comfortable room. You were able to open the window and room had its own air conditioner. A large selection for breakfast. Wifi was good. Excellent value for the price.

A lovely, cosy apartment in the heart of the city centre, where i opened the window and saw a lovely St. Egidius church (on the right) and fountain and preserved city walls in front of me. Really stunning! And the room is super comfy, nice, modern design and very good vibe. I was the 2nd time there and cant wait to be there again once in Bardejov. Home-away home feelings.

The hotel is an oasis in a rather depopulated area. The object is clean and modern. A family runs the business and it appears that the emphasis on taking care of guests is multi-generational. I was on a cycling tour and after 100 hilly km, I arrived very hungry. However, there are no restaurants in the town. Not even a gas station sandwich! The young receptionist/bartender/ all job titles, went out of her way to help. First, we tried to get a pizza delivered from a neighboring city but they did not accept credit cards. No problem, she offered to pay from her private account and I could transfer her the funds. However, we learned the pizzeria demands a minimal order of 3 pizzas for delivery of over 30 km and I wasn't THAT hungry! I was resigned to eating chips and candy bars. Then the young woman had a brainstorm and contacted her boss (i.e. her mom) to see if I could have a very early breakfast for dinner. This person went out of her way and I think the Ritz-Carlton should recruit her for a concierge position. Great parking for my bike, I left at 05:00 and it was good not to force someone to open a garage.

It's a really good place to visit the city centre. Room was clean and quite nice - we took one with balcony :-) breakfasts were tasty and whole staff was really helpful.
