Three-Star Hotels in Bayan Lepas

The room was very clean and had fantastic air conditioning. The bathroom was far beyond all expectations; the pressure of the shower has by far been the best I have EVER had. The location is very close to places to eat and to buy groceries. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Rooms are spacious; buffet breakfast had many great options; staff were great.

The caring and communicative staff: Mr. Lee was extraordinary in making sure that my stay was comfortable by providing not only the basic necessities for my 10-day stay but also his rich knowledge of the local information. He was extremely responsive to my requests: he addressed my questions via Whatsapp and spoke to me in person a few times prior to my arrival. The hotel was well managed, clean and conveniently located. It accesses easily to busses, a large grocery store and many eateries. I highly recommend this place!

The location is highly strategic. Near to the Second Bridge (Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge). Underrated hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Kari Kepa Ikan (Fish Head Curry) is a must-try dish.

We were a family of four travelling on a road trip from Johor and Penang was our last stop. We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of checking-in and the room! The size of our room was huge! Two king size beds and there was a sofa bed to relax. The bathroom was big, there was a mirror light in the bathroom mirror, and the shower area was also big enough to turn around. The amenities included were also great. There was a huge tv for my dad to watch news everyday. There was a long study/work table with desk lamp for anyone travelling for work. Overall, it was a great satisfactory experience.

Everything was perfect, the owner was very supportive, responsive and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to the old Town and Jettys, apartament itself is a gem made of the old house. We loved wooden shutters, high ceiling, spacious Rooms and outdoor shower :) All necessities are present, there is an awesome handout brochure on the table to guide you to best food place nearby.

Room was very spacious, bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable. AC in room was great, all the amenities in the room were fantastic. Lots of food options available walking distance. Wifi was great. Very much recommended

We had lovely stay in OZO. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. 1. All the kitchen staffs, Chef Aaron and Suman, both booked all the clients well, including us, they are very concerned to make the clients feeling comfortable. They are proud of what they do, and they were very pleased when we expressed our happiness with their work. 2. Everyone in the service team, (sorry, I only got two names, Zul and Sevajul, but I'm sure that it's not difficult for you to find out other staffs' name for the two mornings when we were there.) are all working so hard, as soon as we finished a course, they will quickly came to picking up our used plates, etc, and they were so gentle and we can tell they were trying not to disturb us. When they saw someone dropped some food on the floor, they quickly came to clean it. 3. The food is so lovely. We were born in China, but living in UK for nearly 49 years, we could find the best food suitable for both east and west. 4. The environment, the layout of the kitchen, is very logical, and we don't need to walk far away, and it gave us a kind of home feeling. 5. The interaction between the team members are very friendly. They are very kind, polite and professional, which is not a easy balance to keep, but they did it perfectly! 6. You must have a very good manager. One morning, I noticed a tall gentleman in a suite, came to talk to the service staffs, touching and moving the coffee machine. It seems he's doing some quality control of something. 7. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room a lot. All the staffs hard work, actually representing the hotel and the country, at the end of the day, clients would just remember OZO is a lovely hotel, and Panang is a lovely city, Malaysia is a lovely country.
