Location is a little bit far away from the train station but it’s still good for us. The room is clean but still have a little bit dirty for example the chair has dirt, I think it’s cause of the hotel have years. The breakfast is pretty good but if they have a bit more of the western style food is much better.

Staff were great, room was larger than average in Japan, but the best part was the onsen Huge bathhouse opened overnight until 10am so you can access it in the evening, at the dead of night or after you wake up. Very nice renovated and higher category hotel in NIIGATA, with relatively large rooms, and tastefully decorated lobby and restaurant. The location is excellent to visit NIIGATA in the historical older part of town. Many restaurants and sites of interest within 30 min walking distance, perfect for those that rather walk about to discover while traveling. Very nice self contained modern bathroom units by Toto in the rooms, super cool.Great view of the town from our room on the 8th floor. Very convenient parking next door at a reasonable rate.

Great location, right in front of the train station. The room was clean but a bit small, we couldn’t open both our luggages at the same time, but that was to be expected. The staff was friendly and helpful with our inquiries. They kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out for a few hours. Also, the breakfast bento box was delicious.

Average Japanese hotel. Rooms are a little small, but perfectly functional for a one night stay. Very conveniently located near the train station and an abundance of restaurants. On sight parking and easy access to the ferry port (30 mins on foot) were just what we needed for our trip.
