Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Wow, I didn’t expect such quality of service! The owner welcomed us even though it was very early in the morning and was really kind and professional. He also helped us arrange an unforgettable private desert trip after we didn’t hear back from the one we had initially planned. Sleeping under the stars and enjoying a delicious meal, loved it! We even saw wild animals. Thank you so much for your hospitality, highly recommended!

Stayed for a week as the managers Ashish and Ali were hospitable and genuine, location couldn't be better, foods are delicious, room prices are among the best (great value for money!), drinking water refill also available. Lovely place, can't wait to go back.

I spent a night with my wonderful sis in law and was so pleased that we chose Garh Meera for our stay. This location has received countless positive reactions. This location, as they say, it is lovely and peaceful. I would give this magnificent boutique hotel a 10/10 recommendation to anyone who like peaceful and relaxed stay. The kitchen serves food that is both traditional and authentic, yet it's a bit more refined than your typical Indian restaurant. The room was lovely and spotless. We had a fantastic night with the view of the golden fort. Finally, a special mention must be made to the employees. Thank you for being so kind and polite; we thoroughly loved our stay. I had the finest stay and would surely return, and I will suggest this location to everyone. Thank you very much.

above all the most caring host we have met in india. always willing and ready to help. taking initiative. very good location of the hostel, close to everything. nicely decorated. relaxing terrace on the rooftop. perfectly organized private safari in a very small group. meal, bonfire, sleeping under the stars and great company, made it a special moment in the desert. we highly recommend staying at blue eye hostel and the care of host Nawab.

I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit a camel safari in Jaisalmer. They took us from the hotel (4 people) to desert out of big oasis with only two guides, who made us dinner, prepare everything for sleep etc. - it was so calm, pleasant and camel guys were absolutely professional. Also hotel staff is amazing. Pick up from bus station was without problem even when we arrived almost two hours late. After check out they have left our bags in another hotel room which was still ready for us to use it (without extra money). Besides this there is a very good restaurant on the roof top with delicious korean (but indian also) food.

This luxury boutique hotel, The Secret House, is at walking distance from the fortress and the city center.It is situated in a very calm neighborhood. Awesome views from the rooftop! We booked the budget double room for two nights and loved it! It's the best value for money and we would have paid twice as much for this cosy room. It was very clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. The location is a bit out of the main fort area, which we really liked. It's quieter and the bus station is only a few minutes away :) They also arrange desert safaris with "Arbina Desert Safari" which we really enjoyed! You should definitely do this if you are in Jaisalmer 😍

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They gave free train station drop off and organized airport pick up (for a good price) We also booked the safari through them which was amazing. They let us use the showers when we came back too even though we had checked out. The rooftop is lovely. The location is super central - about 10 mins walk to the fort.

Really nice place to stay, with beautiful ornate stone carvings in the rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful, they let us in when our train arrived late, helped with bags etc constantly and even let us keep our bags and use a room for a couple of hours after we had checked out. Great customer service and a good location to stay in Jaisalmer at a good price.

Owner and staff are so kind and even arranged transports in the middle of the night. Roof top is a relaxing location with lots of wall sockets, which make online working easy. The Guesthouse is located in a quiet area, but Jaisalmer Fort is in walkable distance. (or you just watch it from the Roof top) During our stay we had the opportunity to join a desert safari off the beaten path for a very good price. And we got lots of delicious Chai for free.
