Staff is well-trained and very nice, they were helpful, kind and always available. The houses are brand new and spacious, right on the beach. Yoga is available daily and the restaurant provides very tasty food and some entertainment.

The staying at Mr Aswani Chacha was amazing! It was one of the best Accomodation during our jurney in India. The Bungalow is right by the sea with a great view. I loved my stay Mandala House, everything is peaceful/calm about the place! Right from hostel hygiene, the accessibility to the Palolem/Patnem beaches, the volunteers at the hostel; who are super chill/friendly! Shout out to Spandan, Sanjana, Nishant and Prashant bhai for the good work they’re doing for backpackers! Stayed for a week, lovely experience! Will be back soon!

We really liked the look of this place. But after reading the reviews, and seeing there were two 3.0 reviews with no actual comments from UK guests, we decided to book in just for 1 night to check it out. We immediately extended for another 2 nights. The hotel is impeccable. Excellent staff and a wonderful manager who catered to our every need. Great rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was not working on the 3rd floor so had to use in the reception area where it was very fast. There is no lift but there is a ramp so no issue with wheeling bags and of course there are staff to help. Breakfast was very good. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. They called us a taxi which costs 200 rupees and he became our driver for our stay. Used him to return to airport. We loved Palolem beach. We had been in Baga Beach before this which was horrific. When we review a hotel we have to consider what we paid for it. We cannot expect the Hilton for this price. Quality-price ratio was very high. Thanks to the manager and all the staff for being so wonderful
