Marguerite is so friendly and welcoming, her home is beautiful and she makes the best breakfast!! The rooms were so clean and cozy and the beds was very comfy. It was really nice having a private bathroom off our room as well. Glenties is a nice town with lots of history, good pubs and pretty walking trails!

Most wonderful, hidden place in Ardara, County Donegal, Very quite. Beaches nearby. Pubs down the road. Large garden rooms,. Excellent full Irish breakfast. Oyters or steaks for dinner..John and his family are perfect hosts. Will be back next year for sure.

We have thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Heeneys. The house itself is just beautiful and there is also a fabulous garden to enjoy. The bedrooms are absolutely stunning. The quality of the bedlinen, towels etc was amazing. We had everything available to us including water, tea, coffee and even cookies which the kids were delighted with 😁 I was particularly looking forward to breakfast having read all the rave reviews online. Well it certainly didn't disappoint. It was absolutely fabulous..anything that you could possibly want was available and all very high quality produce. I was very impressed when Breda offered to cook a mini breakfast for the children...I just thought that was such a kind gesture. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heeneys it's absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality Breda wishing you every success in the future x

Ample delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and yoghurt .Sila was very welcoming and friendly and we loved everything about the place. Had fun at Biddy O'Barnes pub down the road.

I believe this hotel may have been recently renovated. Our room was very nice! Large, quiet and had a lovely view of the river. Paid parking is available nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
