This week I stayed with some friends at Its Kale hotel in Ioannina. I want to thank the owner, Dimitris Giouli, for his astonishing kindness. He even understood that we had made a mistake in the reservation and did not take advantage of it. Staff were excellent, whole place was well maintained and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was so clean and bedding good quality.The self check in and room code locks were brilliant so much easier than dodgy magnetic cards.

It was a clean and comfortable room, easy to access with the codes and really central. We had a slight issue with the room but the owner sorted it out right away and was really helpful!
