On arrival staff at reception guided us to where to park our car, very friendly and helpful. Hotel location excellent, exceeded our expectations. Room overlooking an unobstructed sandy beach sea view and marina. Room very clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Will be back as we should have stayed for a longer period. Highly recommend it

The hostess was so kind, patient, welcoming, accommodating ,and answered all my questions. The hotel is new, modern, clean, practical and had everything I needed. It exceeded my expectations, given it's advertised as a 3-star hotel, felt more like a 5 star. The location is excellent, saw the most breathtaking sunrise there, over the sea.

This hotel is located in the Basque town of Guernica. It has a 24-hour reception desk, a business centre and free onsite parking. Free WiFi is available throughout.

The staff were so kind and caring, we felt so well looked after. Beds were comfortable and bathroom great! The staff went out of their way to help us with some electrical equipment we had left behind at another Pension. This is our second stay in the hotel and we really enjoyed it and hope to be back again. We are walking the Camino del Norte and it’s a great place to stay
