Amazing place, we liked everything, from bathroom accessories like toothbrushes (even a little razor with foam was) to a quiet air conditioner. Very clean, beds comfortable, nice smell. You could personalize TV to your language, we found ours unexpectedly - Lithuanian :-) . Was quiet at night, no noise. The hotel lobby is very cozy and cool. Hi everyone this hotle was absolutely amazing the room was big and clean and the view from the room was so pretty the appliances are all new and they all work excellenty the shower has warm water the bed is super comfy the tv connects with your phone to watch YouTube and if it doesn’t work you can still watch Disney plus and Nickelodeon the area is nice and quiet there is a shopping center right next door with a supermarket, telephone store and quick service restaurants, and the staff were super friendly with answering our questions about the area and the city since we were new to the city, they also have a coffee machine were you can get all the coffee and hot chocolate you like and they also have a juice bar.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 100m from the metro station and you can reach the center in about 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Starting from the receptionists who are kind and very helpful, through the wonderful ladie who work in the breakfast room , to the ladies who maintain hygiene. Everything is sparkling clean, both the rooms and the common areas in the hotel. Also, if you have a later flight, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for four days. it is easy to reach the hotel by taxi or bus from The Atocha train station or Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. the hotel is near several bus lines, malls, restaurants, and clothes shops. the city is amazing we enjoyed walking under the rain and checking the stores around. the hotel staff are amiable and helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. the beds were comfortable and neat. the breakfast was good with many options of pastries, milk and cheese ..etc. if you go to the city you must try Restaurante Fez it is extremely delicious and the owner is also friendly. if you need to buy some Moroccan products you can ask the workers in the restaurant for any help they wouldn't hesitate.
