We were delighted with the location, quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Already the first contact with the reception during car parking was top notch. Just being able to park like this right in the centre is one of the advantages of the hotel. The room was very spacious, everything absolutely clean (you can imagine a heart surgery there :-), the noiseless air conditioning heated according to the settings. Very quiet place, yet strategic in terms of distance to the historic part of the city. On our next visit to Passau we will certainly stay in this hotel again.

It is a beautiful location with a lovely hotel. The road towards the hotel was already putting us in a relaxed mode. So much green! The hotel looks beautiful. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice, explained us where everything was and that we could still eat at a restaurant 150 meters down the road if we'd hurry (we arrived at 20.15, the restaurant kitchen closed at 20.30). The rooms were spacious, looked renewed, and we had a view on the garden. The beds were nice, the shower was great. Breakfast was also lovely, many choices. You could also eat breakfast outside if you wanted to. We stayed for just one night since we were travelling home from Croatia and were looking for a hotel halfway, near Passau. I'm sure we'll come again!
