-The hotel is excellent -It is conveniently located and easy to move around. -The room looked exactly as shown in the pictures. -The staff were courteous and professional. -The bed was exceptionally comfortable. -The entire property was spotless and well-maintained. -The TV with Netflix offered a nice cinema-like experience. -Essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and soap were all available. -The room also had a working fridge, which was very convenient -The air conditioner,ceiling fan & very well soundproofed ensured a pleasant sleep -Water kettle was provided, along with two coffees, two green teas, and two black teas, plus elegant cups. -One liter of bottled water was complimentary. -They provided one towel initially, but when I requested an additional one, it was given instantly, which shows their good service and responsiveness.

I first stayed at Babylon Hotel back in 2022 during a business trip, and I recently returned in 2025 for another stay. I must say, I was really impressed to see how much the hotel has improved over the years. Since my first visit, I’ve noticed many positive updates — the rooms are now even more modern and better maintained, the overall environment feels fresher, and the service quality has become even more refined. What really stood out this time was the exceptional hospitality. The staff are now even more professional and attentive, always ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I could feel that they have worked hard to improve their standards. The facilities around the hotel have also developed. Super shops, salons, and ATM booths are now even more accessible, all within a short walking distance, which made everything super convenient during my stay. It’s great to see that Babylon Hotel is consistently working to improve and provide the best experience to their guests. I highly recommend this hotel to both first-time and repeat visitors — and I’ll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Dhaka.

The people working at the hotel are very nice. They called me when I went to the other city, worried if I was alright. This is one of those places when I am satisfied with the value that I get for the money I pay. Also, the location is very good. Most of the tourist places of Dhaka are nearby.
