I had a great time during my stay, and even when small things came up, the team handled everything with care and professionalism. They even gave me a lovely gift before I left, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the great experience — definitely deserves a 10/10!

Later, at L’Signature, we were once again upgraded to a beautiful, larger room with a stunning balcony—an absolute treat! To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and on our departure, they carried our luggage to a taxi 300 meters away, as the weekend restricted car access. Their dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s exceptional! Comfortable Accommodations: Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa in Hanoi offers 4-star comfort with air-conditioned rooms featuring private bathrooms, balconies, and city views. Our stay at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa was a very pleasant and comforting experience. I would like to mention Michael and Brian at the reception were super amazing and accommodating. Michael helped us book tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at the last minute at an affordable cost. Since we booked tours through Ja Cosmo Hotel, Michael updated our room to a jumbo size family room at no extra cost :) Wi-Fi was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa :)

The staff here were truly amazing . We called in before our stay as we needed a place to change before taking the train to Sapa. They made us truly welcome. On our return we had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. Our only regret that we couldn’t stay longer.
