The second day I stayed in resting because I had come there from a volcano climb and was tired and they had some minor renovation going on and they decided to stop it for that day, so I could rest!

The entire staff (from reception to kitchen to cleaning) were ALL so very nice and courteous and helpful. The pool area was great. The hotel was nice (looks like it was recently built). My room was nice (balcony, large bathroom), very clean, great wifi, and plenty of hot water. Also, It was a quick ride to the bus station (which I took from Arusha to Nairobi, on Impala Shulttle).

Gracious and friendly service. For example, we asked the desk to call us a taxi. They apparently were unable to source one within a couple of minutes, so the day manager drove us into town himself. We took a motorcycle rickshaw back from the market which was an adventure.
