Although I didn’t really need the beach, as the hotel had two excellent swimming pools. Everything was clean, quiet, and cozy, with wonderful water. The room was spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was timely, and the room had a balcony — I believe all the rooms in this hotel have balconies. Everything was beautiful. The food was top-notch, and we had a wonderful time. We are very satisfied with our stay!

The staff was very gracious and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was amazing and they made us feel at home. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. Lets start by order, Reception and staff: easy and smooth check in, Valet for your car, the staff speak english very well. We faced a minor inconvenience on our first night where an insect got in from the trees around our room we called the front desk and they immediately got to our room and helped get rid of it and they offered to change our room and upgraded it to Seaview room (special thanks to the nightshift front desk workers on july.21 (ali and semet?(not really sure of his name but he was extra helpful)) Room: very big and with a small balcony. The beds are comfy and wide we had two twin beds. The bathroom is huge and very clean with both a bathtub and a shower. Food: the buffet in all meals (breakfast,lunch and dinner) was very diverse and delicious, also the food presentation was extra-nice. The waiting staff were very attentive and quick. We never even bothered to try the other restaurants in the island because the main one was just as good. Pools and beaches: they had two main pools, two decks (one is adults only with mobile free zone )and at least to beaches. Ordering drinks and snacks couldn’t be easier (you scan a QR code and order from the website). Towels were readily available and unlimited. Sunbeds are everywhere you would always find ones by the view (no need to reserve). Entertainments: Everyday there’s sports activities during the day like volleyball,yoga,pilates. For the night activities I loved the time-machine concert (a band that covered classic rock songs)

For relaxation, the spa has a hammam and massage treatments. Amazing atmosphere with lots to do and the management, specifically Burak, was absolutely amazing. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Would recommend to anyone.
