The beach is great and there are ample space to swim, beachmats and towels provided. We didn’t really mind a little entertaining longtail to- and fro- ing, as we get really depressed in stale high end resorts. So, if you don’t require roomservice or hot showers this place is your home away from home in Koh Lipe. Also, don’t miss On the rocks restaurant at the one end of the beach and Zodiac beach bar at the other. We’ll definitely be back!

Bundhaya Villas is 500 metres from Lipe Floating Pontoon and 200 metres from Military Camp. In my opinion, the best resort in the whole island. The location is just perfect. In the corner of Pattaya Beach, the place is quiet at night and beautiful and active in the morning. The swimming pool and the swimming pool bar are just perfect. Good food, and nice happy hour promotion on drinks from 1pm until 8pm. Our villa was at the front line beach, so we could watch the sunset from our private sunbeds.

Very spacious room with lots of hanging space for clothes. Be prepared for no hot water and non-flushing toilets. We were made aware and had no issue with it as we were there in very hot weather. They provide you with a bucket you can fill with water and use to manually flush. There was no sealing under the front door so ants could come in too easily but it is an older built bungalow in the bush so you can't expect it to be as sealed as a hotel room. Just embrace the nature! The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
