Noi L. in Reception was incredibly helpful in extending our stay, helping with Premier membership and outbound boat transfers, wonderfully personifying 5-star service, other staff were exemplary including Mai (arranged a special final cabana dinner on the beach for us), Fang and Eid at Rak Talay, Rut at Seven Seas and Meen at the pool.

Staffs helps us for open lights to swim at night. Clean bathroom and water pressure was good. Room bed was superb! That fresh aromatic smell was great. Swim pool was great and clean. Location was near to all facilities. Next time must book here.

Very good price performance, great boutique location right in front of the beach, very kind staff and owners. We felt very warm and welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back for sure. There is a nice pool with a coctail bar and restaurant (hint - they have happy hours;)), you can also enjoy dinner watching the sunset, have a massage right in front of the beach.. They can also wash your laundry. It is adults only, which we liked. Bed was very comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Our villa was spacious, with a nice sea view, so it was nice sitting on the terrace, drinking morning coffee. Location is also good - the island is small, so everything is near with a motorbike or tuk tuk. Old town is around 15-20 min away with tuk tuk. We really recommend staying here!

It's an absolutely fantastic hotel with impeccable service, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, an enormous pool area, an amazing beach (few people, no rocks, smooth entry into the water, next to no waves, warm water, perfect sunset), great food, and spotless well-maintained rooms with all the amenities one could wish for. For the service and comfort one gets, it's also an absolute bargain. We highly recommend it and only wish everyone could get married here.

This property is literally complete with everything you could need without being stuffy and overly pretentious. The staff at every corner smiled and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Food, private beach, pool, scooters, kayaks, snorkeling, Christmas party, and the amazing spa staff made this magical. I would highly recommend for a great resort on Koh Lanta. The room views and ocean waves made it even better.

We stayed in a villa which had an incredibly large, comfortable bed and a plunge pool for all our lounging needs!
