This hotel, a repurposed soap factory, is amazing from its design aesthetics, service, expansive and excellent breakfast, fantastic lap pool and one of the best gym and spa facilities I've seen all within close proximity to town center and train. The entrance, once we found it, was beautiful and welcoming! The photos on the hotel website do not do the hotel justice. It is modern, thoughtfully designed, and the interior design from furnishings to flowers were impeccable.

When Sofia finds out that we are coming she saves the biggest room with the best view for us. The breakfast is served in a first class restaurant (the best restaurant in Malmkoping). It is one of the best breakfasts we have had in Sweden. The hotel is located in a very quiet and secluded location which helps facilitate a good nights sleep. We will return again next year.

The restaurant was very good, we had a nice dinner there. The sortiment on breakfast buffè was big. The lady (Pia) in the reception was very kind and helpfull, gave us good tips. I booked single room and it was very big.

Checking in was a breeze, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The house itself is even more spacious than the pictures depict. There was ample room for everyone to relax and spread out, making it ideal for both families and groups. But the highlights don't stop there! Here are some additional things we loved: Cozy fireplace, Perfect for stargazing at night, Fully equipped kitchen The kids especially enjoyed playing in the big backyard, We had some memorable evenings relaxing on the garden deck Overall, Modernt & Rymligt Sommarhus exceeded our expectations. It's a fantastic rental for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat in nature. We would highly recommend it to families and pet owners alike!
