At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Inspired by the life and work of Fernando Pessoa, Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is located in the centre of Lisbon, 200 metres from Chiado. The Hotel features a restaurant with panoramic views, a SPA (for guests aged 16 and over) and fitness centre, meeting facilities and a library. Free WiFi and paid private parking are available. Wish we could have stayed for longer - as we booked this as a special last night in town before heading home. The room was beautiful and clean with an enormously comfortable bed. The sauna/steam room/pool was a lovely escape and reset after our complimentary welcome drinks. Before departing we enjoyed easily one of the best hotel breakfast buffets we have every had. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is located in a very fun and vibrant part of the city.

At PortoBay Liberdade guests can enjoy a daily breakfast. Guests can relax at the bar in the hotel. They send us a cake and a bottle of proseco to our room for my wife's birthday. Also in the restaurant they offered us a cake and proseco. The location is great, the rooms comfortable, the terrace very nice. Also the staff were very nice and helpful.

At the gym guests have a full specialist support. The hotel features indoor and outdoor parking, with paid electrical vehicle charging stations. Super helpful and professional staff. Gave us a room upgrade for free! Free shuttle to the airport every 15 mim, even though it is only a tops 5 min walk - very convenient for a night between flights or on a long layover! Tube is close to take to the city as well. They offer spa facilities, a gym, a very great breakfast from 4 am... super comfy bed and lovely rooms. So overall - a very generous and comfortable experience!
