The staff were truly outstanding—attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Their warmth and dedication made a real difference in our stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were close to perfect. Despite the minor breakfast issues, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Warsaw!

InterContinental Warszawa is a 5-star hotel in central Warsaw, 500 metres from Warsaw Central Station. This is one of the greatest hotel experiences I had. the staff is so friendly and helpful (even helped us to book a train ticket that we failed to book). The breakfast was amazing, and the buffet was rich with options even for vegans. The room was big, the beds were comfy, and we could choose the pillow. We really felt pampered :) We came for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel welcome was AMAZING. There was a 'Welcome Swifties' sign at the entrance. We had glitter stickers left for us in our room to use for the concert. Special theme cocktails at the bar. Those little perks were the thing that made our stay exceptional.

Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw is a 5-star establishment that offers accommodation in the beautiful Warsaw’s Old Town. Het hotel is super goed gelegen, net buiten de oude stadsmuren maar toch in een heel typisch wijkje. De straat waar het hotel is is rustig. Het is een heel mooi gebouw en alles is heel netjes in orde en smaakvol ingericht. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en alles werd gedaan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. We bezochten ook de spa en ik wil zeker een massage met Nathalia aanraden. Wij komen zeker terug bij ons volgende bezoek.
