The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was simply amazing. Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The staff organized a small Birthday surprise for me (we didn’t even tell them about my birthday). Even though there were lots of guests, we had the feeling that all staff was super attentive, anticipating any possible needs from our side. After our stay, we felt spoilt and had a hard time to adjust to „regular good service“ in other hotels. Special thanks to Mr. Nadan, Vithu and Shiva who made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to take great care of us. In the end we were very sad to leave these great people and we’ll make sure to come back. Of course we also enjoyed the food, the view, the swimming pool, the spa and the pool table. We loved celebrating New Year’s Eve with the Argyle team. It was the most extensive and delicious buffet we ever had. Regular breakfast and meals were also super delicious and high quality.

Providing garden views, Flaming Tree Resorts in Kiriwan Eliya provides accommodation, a garden and a terrace. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Guests can use the hot tub and the spa centre, or enjoy mountain views. Decided to visit the Fleming Resort, situated between Norton and Ginigathhena, in the Ranges of the Samanala Kanda (Adams Peak). We made a reservation for two rooms for our family of 5. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and each room had its own balcony to view the Norton Bridge mountain range from the balcony. The best part about this resort, the owner and his wife are super friendly and made us feel very homely. All the rooms have a mini fridge to store refreshments and also have an attached bathroom with hot and cold water showers. The bathrooms are super clean. Meals are provided on request at reasonable rates. The foods provided are very delicious and real Sri Lankan style dishes are served. The resort also provides free WiFi throughout the property, and free private parking for guests who drive in. A must go place with the family.  My ratings are as follows: Rooms: 5/5; Cleanliness 5/5, Service: 5/5; Location: 5/4. Close attractions are Aberdeen falls, Norton Bridge, Laxapana Falls.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. We absolutely loved our stay at the Scottish Planter Bungalow! The warmth and kindness of the staff made us feel right at home—everyone was so sweet and caring. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Nuwara Eliya, the bungalow offers a peaceful retreat where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for being so lovely to our little daughter 😊 If you’re someone who enjoys places with history and charm, the Scottish Planter is a fantastic choice!

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Everything! It’s hidden in the middle of the nature next to a beautiful river. The interior and architecture of the accommodation blend beautifully in the green area. You’re really in the nature, with plants, bushes, creeks, trees and cute animals sticking out everywhere. At the same time you have all the conveniences of a luxurious and gorgeously designed lodge. Just as the place itself, the surrounding area is amazing. There are stunning waterfalls and river spots nearby. Walking around is convenient as there are barely any cars on the roads. The staff is amazing. Helpful and kind in a serene way. Honestly the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka, wished we could stay longer. We hope to come back. Visit it now before it becomes too popular.
