Pucci house is a lovely, small guesthouse with pretty gardens and in a residential neighbourhood not far from shops and eateries. Alex was a very attentive host, gave me tips for the area and organised transportation back to the airport. I found Jua room really comfortable and furnished to a high spec, overlooking the communal gardens. A lot of care has gone into the design and furnishings of the guest house. Breakfast was simple and nicely prepared by a lovely woman in the property. Having both an overhead fan and AC was really great as the heat is quite something in Watamu! The property features a spa centre, free WiFi throughout the property and full-day security. Very helpful staff, the host Betty had great advice for someone who is new in Kenya. Apartment was comfy and felt safe. Very good value.

A very warm welcome from the Managenent Rooms are out of this world, very uniquely designed. Wow A romantic valentines dinner by the pool was special.

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at AHG Lion Beach Resort. Staff was very helpful and food was amazing (especially sea food and grill). Location is great. Good thing is that they served a variety of food items and yet zero wastage. All staff members were so good - reception, animators, grill chef (one of the best squids I had), pasta chef, bartenders, aqua gym, helpers, hotel manager… everyone.

Less than 1 km from Papa Remo Beach and 25 km from Watamu National Marine Park, the property offers a bar and massage services. The accommodation features room service, and currency exchange for guests. The place was awesome. I was working while I was there and it was very cozy, comfortable and the staff was so accommodating. Internet was very good, was working back in the states and had no issues. The shower was also the best shower I’ve had in Kenya. Water pressure was perfect. Netflix on the tv was also a huge plus. Couldn’t recommend more for anyone trying to relax and enjoy Watamu.

If you are looking for a piece of paradise… this is it - everything is PERFECT at Mnarani, hence I am a regular guest! The location, accommodation, attentiveness of the wonderful staff, delicious food with lots of choice! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing and relaxing - it really is my favourite destination …. I can’t wait to return.
