No shoes allowed in the hotel which adds to the cleanliness. Socks are supplied as are pajamas which everyone wears so you feel very much like you're part of the hotel community. Lots of free stuff thrown in like late night ramen, ice lollies, washing machines, massage chairs. Breakfast is amazing - huge selection of Japanese breakfast options to choose from and nothing ever runs out. Luggage transport service was also taken care of - my bag was waiting for me when I checked in. Loved this hotel.
