The room facilities were great - the massage chair was a nice surprise. The rooftop onsen was wonderful, and is actually larger than the photos make it look. The lounge with the ice pops outside the onsen was also nice. The happy hour in the guest lounge was a delight. We booked two rooms and the staff fulfilled our request of being near each other which was appreciated!

The mountain views fully complete the calm atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive with us, and always helped us with anything we needed. The shuttle bus from and to Karuizawa is a great bonus, plus hourly rides into Kusatsu, to Yubatake bus station were very very convenient.

I spent one night at this ryokan. It was my first time but the owner made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff accommodated my dietary needs and made an amazing dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed talking to the owner, who speaks English and was very witty and helpful with recommendations both in and out of the area. The location is only a few minutes’ walk to the main attractions in the town. Wonderful experience and I hope to be back one day!

Glampark Healthy Pal Gunma is gelegen in Shibukawa en heeft accommodatie met airconditioning en een balkon. The nature is scenic. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Efficient pick up from the nearby station. Toilet is outside the tent but it is very clean and well equipped.
