They have very beatiful interior designs in the lobby and corridors. The breakfast was so far the best one. They have to many options to chose from cheddar to pastries. They put 2 types of tea and coffee to rooms. They have parking area which is very important considering Petra's narrow roads. The staff was very helpful. They explained us how can we travel in petra, which roads should we chose. They even gave us small presents when we are checking out. Thank you for everything...

The hospitality was truly exceptional — Ahmad and Ammar were both superb and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Like most hotels in Petra, there is no lift, but there’s really no need to worry — the stairs are few and easy to manage, and Ammar is always ready to help carry your bags upstairs with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, service, and great location!
