Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! The room is clean and has a great layout with plenty of counter space and mirrors with great lighting. The shower has good pressure and it has great amenities in the room such as: a fridge, nespresso machine, and kettle. The beds are comfy. The light layout actually makes sense in the rooms. The spa and gym are super accessible and easy to schedule. Overall, this hotel was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Plenty of room, very comfortable beds and furniture, and kitted with a full kitchen. The location was perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants, and pools! And parking was never a problem, although we did walk most of the time. I did forget to take photos. Loved that they dressed it up for the holidays. Had plenty of books and guides on Iceland. Also had a nice booklet on local restaurants and pools! That was extremely helpful!

Stunning views, lovely kitchen to cook a delicious dinner. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Very nice hotel, great location (bus stop no. 13) , great atmosphere and attention to little details. The staff really goes above and beyond with the service. All the staff members were wonderful and helpful, they attended every request or question we had, especially Flori and the hotel manager. We chose to upgrade our room last minute and had a wonderful and spacious room with a great view and spa entrance- was definitely worth it.

Close by to several bus stops making it easy access to the city.
