Most of the historical places are in walking distance. Reception stuff were friendly and helpful with our questions. They have some nice offer of trips, which we choose. Breakfast was tasty. We also receive a box to go during morning trip, which was nice. We can recommend!

Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it

EVERYBODY from Reception, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping and the hotel driver goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and important. Well done Hotel Manohara and thank you. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect.
