It was clear that our group received the best care and attention, making the adventure even more special. Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

This hotel is fantastic. Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!

Charming set of small houses with a nice courtyard in the middle for meeting people. It was also possible make your own coffee, etc. It also had a nice pool in the sun which I enjoyed using (but wasn't much used by other guests). Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.

Hotel Tugu Malang is geïnspireerd op de stijlen van het koloniale tijdperk en ligt in Oost-Java. We had a wonderful stay at Tugu Malang. Room was clean and comfy, the restaurant was consistently excellent across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were unfailingly helpful. On top of that the hotel is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. A real treasure trove of a place, better than most museums, and this only added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. A hotel so good it would be worth going back to Malang just to stay there again.

Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery ligt in het hart van Surabaya, op 3 minuten wandelen van Tunjungan Plaza. Het biedt kamers met een marmeren en vergulde badkamer. The scale, style and elegance of the Hotel in such a central location was a lifetime experience. Our suite was beautifully appointed and the staff throughout the hotel were attentive and professional. And you have to have an Oranje Sling! Fabulous.
