It felt like living in a castle. We arrived on November 22nd, and the lady at reception was very polite and always tried to help. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to her!

It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

This hotel has also a good menu, however, you can find good supermarkets nearby as well as bakeries/cafes.

Guests can relax in the billiards room or on the sun terrace, which offers views of Tbilisi’s rooftops and features barbecue facilities. We stayed in Alliance hotel our final night in Tbilisi. The property is lovely, homey, cozy , super clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was an option to order lunch etc and it was all delicious Most of all - people who work in that hotel are truly humble and incredibly kind. One can tell they put their heart and soul in their work! I managed to break my ankle during the trip and staff went above and beyond trying to make me feel more comfortable!
