Dinner and lunch were both wonderful. Staff was warm, kind and helpful! The room was beautiful, the hot tub was straight forward and easy to use, I wish there were figure skates instead of just hockey skates to try out the "rink" - I need a toe pick :) But otherwise, the 2km snoeshoe trail was lovely, too!

The location and facilities of the property was great and convenient. It is located right next to the front slopes which would be around 5 minutes away on foot, or you could also take the ski buses to get to other slopes as well. The host was just fantastic and was very responsive and helpful during our stay! We would definitely recommend this place and will be back when we visit Levi Ski Resort for our snowboarding trip. Thank you very much once again!

A bouncy castle and toys are found in the children's playing area. Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

Location was perfect, it was only 6 minutes drive from levi town centre, the accommodation had everything we needed. We arrived 1 hour early and the keys were in the lock box waiting for us, could not fault the place, and would stay there again.

The cross-country skiing track runs right next to the house and is groomed every day, and the Levi ski lifts are just a 5-minute drive away. The place had all the amenities one might need and there's a sauna to rest your muscles after a long day on the slopes. Some might find this place a bit old school, but we thought it was charming and would definitely come back. P.S. You get to watch all kinds of beautiful birds come to the feeder right next to the living room window.
